Shipping & Info:
Shipping rates are standard per USPS. All orders are shipped Ground. If needed we can offer expedited shipping by request. In order to request expedited shipping please contact us via phone to confirm cost. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order via USPS.
Most local orders can be picked up or delivered either same day if Items are in stock. Please contact us directly to arrange any local order delivery or pick up.
Return / Refund Policy
All hair purchases are FINAL SALE ONLY. Refunds are accepted for items that were damaged, or shipped incorrectly only. These items must be return in the proper packaging and un altered. Once items have been received will will issue a full refund, less the shipping cost. Hair must be returned in the same way it was delivered to show damage for return purposes. All hair is delivered wrapped in a bundle with a CS Hair Affair Tag & Sticker.
*A valid email address and telephone number is required for all orders and the exclusion of this information may result in a delay or cancellation with full refund of your submitted order.
*Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information may be subject to customer payment in order to reship order.
Lost packages must be reported to CS Hair Affair within 15 days of date of shipment confirmation. CS Hair Affair cannot be held liable for refunds or replacements for more than one occurrence per calendar year (not to exceed a total value of $200).
Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
